1. Booking Policy
- Bookings can be made only through online mode.
- Advance booking is allowed up to a maximum of 90 days.
- Offline or walk-in bookings are strictly not permitted under any circumstances.
2. Applicant Limit & Waiting List
- For each date, time slot, and venue, a maximum of three (3) applicants will be accepted.
- Applicants will be placed on a waiting list in the following order: WL1, WL2, WL3.
3. Allotment of Venue
- Final allotment of the venue shall be at the sole discretion of the Ravindra Bharathi Management.
- Allotment will be based on prescribed terms & conditions, priority norms, and availability.
- If the hall is already allotted, requests will be considered only based on programme priority as decided by the Management.
4. Confirmation & Communication
Once the booking is finalized, the organiser will be informed through:
- Phone Call
- SMS
5. Payment Terms
Important: Full payment must be completed within the stipulated time.
- The allotted organiser must pay the full booking amount within 48 hours of confirmation.
- Failure to pay within 48 hours will result in automatic cancellation.
- The venue will be allotted to the next eligible applicant from WL1 / WL2 / WL3.
- The cancelled organiser will lose all claim and priority.
6. Mode of Payment
- Payments shall be made only through Demand Draft (DD) or Banker’s Cheque.
- The DD / Cheque must be drawn in favour of: “Secretary, Ravindra Bharathi”, payable at Hyderabad.
- Cash payments are strictly not accepted.
7. Permissions & Legal Compliance
- The organiser must obtain all necessary permissions from Police and other concerned authorities.
- Permissions must be secured well in advance of the programme date.
- The Theatre Management is not responsible for any lapses in this regard.
8. Advertisements & Publicity
- Advertisements inside the theatre premises are permitted only within 7 days prior to the programme date.
- All advertisements require prior approval from the Theatre Management.
9. Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) months from the programme completion date.
- Requests received after three months will not be considered.
- Any unclaimed balance after this period will be forfeited.
10. Post-Programme Submission
After completion of the programme, the organiser must submit:
- DVD of the event
- Photographs of the programme
These must be submitted to the Administrative Officer, Theatre, for uploading on the official YouTube channel of Ravindra Bharathi.
11. Food & Catering Rules
- Outside food is not permitted within the premises
- Food orders must be placed through the canteen only
- Canteen services are to be utilized for all food requirements
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
- Cooking or use of cooking equipment is not allowed within the theatre premises.
All organisers are requested to strictly adhere to the above terms & conditions.
Non-compliance may result in cancellation of booking or forfeiture of deposit,
as decided by the Management.
